Kaviprabha Masale - Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order and before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled in this window, a full refund will be issued.

After the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns Policy (Food Safety Compliance)

Since our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered packages
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Products returned after the accepted timeline

However, we do allow returns only in cases of genuine issues, such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged packaging on arrival
  • Quality issues (e.g., spoilage, foreign particles, or unexpected odor)

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, email us at:

Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/video clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).

After reviewing the issue, if approved, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • The product delivered was damaged or defective
  • You received an item different from what you ordered
  • There is a clear quality concern backed with evidence
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours

Note: For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for taste preference, opened packets, or products without physical/quality issues.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used masala packets
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items returned without prior confirmation
  • Bulk orders or wholesale purchases (unless damaged/wrong items)

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your card issuer (processing may take up to 5 working days)

7. Shipping Costs

Kaviprabha Masale will bear return or replacement shipping costs when:

  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Package arrived damaged

If the return is due to customer preference or ordering mistake, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
