Kaviprabha Masale - Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

All Kaviprabha Masale products are food items and consumables. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used packets
  • Products that have been tampered with after delivery
  • Returns requested for taste preference or non-genuine reasons
  • Products not stored properly after delivery

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, we cannot initiate a return once the product has been shipped.

2. Valid Return Cases

Returns are accepted only under genuine and quality-related issues, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
  • Quality concerns such as spoilage, unusual odor, foreign particles, or contamination

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Request Process

Your email should include:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) and guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Approval Conditions

A return will be approved only if:

  • The issue is genuine and verified through evidence
  • The product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition
  • The problem is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The return is authorized by our support team before shipping back

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used masala packets
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
  • Returns requested without supporting evidence
  • Bulk or wholesale shipments unless there is proven damage/defect

6. Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping costs when:

  • A defective or damaged product is delivered
  • Incorrect item was shipped

If the return is due to customer mistake or preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
